Overall satisfactory but you have changed who deals with service plans which meant the service reception were busy with servicing and quotes for plans - seemed rushed and quoted prices different to numbers sent on email

So where do I start, I went to so many car dealerships and then I went to mini. To say Nigel Emberton blew me away with his caring attitude and his patients. I was looking to spend 14-15 k and ended up spending over 26,000, he put me in the car.

When I arrived early for my appointment two cars were also booked in at the same time. As the cars all needed MOT and there was only one person available to test there was inevitably a long wait. Please book cars in on a staggered basis to avoid so .
