No pushy salesman vibes on entering the Lincoln Mini showroom. Initially came in to look and ended up with a new mini, I don't know how it happened! Definitely bought into the customer service given to me. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help.

Attentive, friendly, honest interaction. We had bought a 2013 mini from an independent garage. The service team identified issues with the DPF regenerating and your adviser suggested we return the car, given we'd purchased within 30 days.

It was very kind to be able to wait whilst the MOT to take place. I was informed whilst the car was in of certain issues that Needed sorting. I do not understand why I Needed to aprove the cost at the time if they were not going to sort it then.

Great service but had thought I was getting my car back the same day. It was only after 5pm that I was told it would be the day afterwards. Thankfully I didn't need it to get to work.
