Excellent service all round. Peter the Service Advisor was great, kept me up to date, issue with my car was rectified to my complete satisfaction and returned cleaned inside and out. Very pleased.

Overall satisfactory but you have changed who deals with service plans which meant the service reception were busy with servicing and quotes for plans - seemed rushed and quoted prices different to numbers sent on email

Easy check in at Service desk. Friendly personnel. SMS later in day to advise me car was ready along with video. Happy with 2 new tyres and Service carried out

So where do I start, I went to so many car dealerships and then I went to mini. To say Nigel Emberton blew me away with his caring attitude and his patients. I was looking to spend 14-15 k and ended up spending over 26,000, he put me in the car.
