Superb service from the moment I walked through the showroom door. Max was extremely professional, friendly & courteous in all my dealings with him. I initially intended to buy a used Mini, but was made an offer on a new Cooper too good to miss!

Customer service not a great experience this time. Parked at Mini, had to walk over to BMW to check in. The lady on reception told me to check in on an automatic check in desk. No-one offered a seat or a drink so just helped myself. On check out..
