Showroom staff were welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. All our queries were answered fully, the car and options were well explained, and a lengthy test drive was arranged. Finance options were fully explained although we paid cash in full.

Poor customer service on this occasion. No one available to check car in at appointment time. Poor communication regarding progress, costing and pick up time. My calls not returned. Cost of work was more than twice as much as an alternative garage

Completely satisfied with Lincoln Mini, Peter Mizen was brilliant at explaining everything about my repair and couldn't be more helpful. As rubbish a Mini Grimsby were Mini Lincoln were the opposite and I would definitely go back to them again.

I waited on site for my car to be serviced and MOT. The MOT was completed free of charge due to a current promotion. My time in the showroom (4hrs) was comfortable and I was invited to use the coffee machine. Peter did explain the extra time.
